Rabbit Burger

Ingredients: 

1kg rabbit meat – minced in blender
250g (pork) sausage meat or minced belly pork
A sprig each of fresh marjoram, thyme, sage and rosemary - finely chopped
1 onion – finely chopped

Preparation Instructions: 

Cook the onion in some olive oil and leave to cool.
Mixed the meats and herbs together by hand, shaping them into burgers no more than 2cm thick.
Cook the burgers on a bbq or oiled frying pan for 3 – 4 minutes each side.
Serve and enjoy!!

We have a field that we let for marquee events such as weddings. The view is gorgeous and we can even cater for the event! A day to remember for sure!
