Between Gill, Georgie and our chef Clare, we produce a range of beautiful produce on-site here at Trevilley Farm
Please browse the online shop or contact us to see the full-range of what we produce.
Our philosophy in the kitchen is very similar to ours in the shop - quality and origin are key. Wherever possible we use produce from our farm.
If one of our products has beef, lamb, turkey or goose in it, we can guarantee that meat has been reared on our farm.
We then look to source locally and where possible, we use produce that we sell in the shop. For example, our quiches are made using Trewithen milk and either Cornish hen eggs or our own duck eggs.
Where possible our jams are made using local fruit so our Strawberry jam is made using the same strawberries that we sell in season from Mitchell Fruit Farm.
We do not use additives, fillers or preservatives.
Our baking is all done from scratch - we make our own pastry for pasties, pies and quiches, we make our own dough for bread.
In other words, good honest food with no nasty surprises!
Wherever possible we use Cornish distribution and wholesale companies to source produce that is not availably locally. We believe that this enables us to not only support the local economy but also to produce the best possible product for you the consumer.
