We rear our own South Devonshire breed of cow. They have been brought up in the best possible way in an entirely stress free environment, and we can thus guarantee full traceability.
At the moment we are also rearing rarebreed Galloways for sale in the shop.
Having been hung for at least two weeks, our beef is simply mouth-wateringly full of flavour.
