24 hour UK Courier prices (UK mainland only, except some postcodes):
Orders under £50 - £11.75
Orders over £50 - £5
FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £100.
Order delivery days are Tuesday to Friday. Saturday and 'by midday' deliveries available at extra cost and only through phone / email orders.
Please specify preferred delivery day in comments box in checkout.
We will contact you if your requested day is not suitable.
If you do not state a preferred delivery day, we will desptch your order as soon as possible and email you the day prior to delivery.
Please ensure that you are in to receive your parcel.
However, it will not require a signature so if you are out, the courier will leave it somewhere safe for you.
Note that if you are out, the parcel and its contents become your responsibility.
If there is a chance you will be out, please leave instructions with where to leave the parcel in the comments box of the checkout. Your order will not be left if the packagaing is damaged in any way.
We are unable to provide a time of delivery unless a 'by midday' delivery has been specified - see above.
Our courier will endeavour to deliver on time. If you have not received your order, please call us to track. In cases of extreme weather some deliveries may take 48hours from despatch.
Orders containing perishables are sent using high grade polystyrene boxes for optimum protection and temperature control.
In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with our products or services please see our terms and conditions and contact us.
Any discrepancies should be notified within 24 hours and will be dealt with under UK law
Regretfully, we are unable to send meat abroad.
Any customs regulations, charges, delays etc for any international orders are solely your responsibilty.

TREVILLEY FARM DELIVERIES TO THE NEWQUAY AREA
If you are local to us, then we will be able to personally deliver your order at a cost of £5. Minimum order value of £20 (plus delivery).
We will deliver to the Newquay area (TR7 and TR8), its surrounds and to self catering accommodation listed on our links page.
If you are unsure if we deliver to your address please email or call us first!
Delivery days are Monday to Saturday. We are unable to deliver Sundays.
Please ensure to state delivery day required in comments box of checkout.
If we are delivering to self-catering accommodation we will contact them to try and arrange delivery prior to your arrival. If we are unable to do this, we will contact you and make alternative arrangements with you to deliver after your arrival.
