Baby Broad Beans with Salami

Ingredients: 

250g podded young broad beans
1 tbsp olive oil
100g pack of your favourite Deli Farm Charcuterie Salami

Preparation Instructions: 

Bring some salted water to the boil, and cook the beans for just 2 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan, and fry the salami until crisp. Toss the drained beans in with the salami, until heated through, and covered in the flavoured oil. Serve immediately as a starter, or vegetable.
