Made entirely at Trevilley Farm, our famous Traditional Pasty.
Made using our own beef and traditional ingredients of potato, swede, beef steak and onion.
Brush top with egg yolk or milk.
Cut a thumb sized hole in the top.
Place in a preheated oven at 200ºC.
If, after 30 minutes the pastry is golden, turn down the heat to approx 170ºC and cook for a further 30 minutes.
If not, leave at the existing temperature and cook for a further 30 minutes.
