An incisive crisp edged sparkling wine of complexity and depth of flavour made in the traditional method wholly from Cornish grown Orion grapes.
The wine was made from grapes ripened in the hot summer of 2006, bottled after a year during a secondary fermentation and then left on lees for a further 14 months. This has produced a lively sparkling wine with a fine mousse and a relatively low alcohol content, ideal for a celebration or as an aperitif to fish.
